We run a number of courses at our offices in Sheffield . A particularly popular course has been our Procurement Skills for Non-Procurement Managers, specifically aimed at managers and people within the organisation who have budget, but may not necessarily have had any formal purchasing training. The course gives an overview of the key aspects of purchasing that managers need to be aware of, such as Terms and Conditions, Legislation and legal requirements, Negotiation training, etc. and we have had excellent feedback.

This is where we can assess capabilities of employees and tailor courses that specifically meet client needs. E-Learning

We have a number of training courses available online to compliment training programmes and ensure that refresher training is available without having to leave the office. We are always happy to discuss specific requirements if you have them so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Bespoke

We are able to offer bespoke training, specifically written to client specifications for those clients who feel that they need something tailor-made. We can offer master classes in negotiation, or if you feel you have a specific requirement for procurement training in a commodity area, we are more than willing to help with this.

Our 5 day workshop also introduces value stream mapping, and includes interactive and collaborative brainstorming sessions targeted around building future states processes that are more efficient in every way.
